Poor sizing
Beautiful items, fast shipping and quality made lingerie. Everything was good but the size was completely off. C And B cups fit too big. I'm normally a 36C, super poor fit on both cups. I've returned once before, I really wanted to love this brand but it was a fail.

Prompt delivery. Material quality OK but workmanship is poor.
Prompt delivery is always a plus. Material quality was good but had to remove one star because the workmanship is poor in comparison to how much the items cost. I bought 4 bras on sale (I never pay full price for a first time visit to a website, what I receive determines if I buy again the next time. So if it's a dodgy site or an unknown brand to me I wouldn't lose out on too much money). The bra straps were sewn on with very little care (the ends were exposed and will fray in no time). There are brands out there that charge more fairly for really good workmanship. The pieces are beautiful, most are not practical (I prefer a balance of both) but most importantly and unfortunately not fairly priced. A bit on the fence if I'll return as a customer.
